Simon Bryant

Simon pursued a career as a Professional Rugby player during which he obtained degrees from Swansea and Cambridge University. He has worked for the last 20 Years in the U.K. Construction Industry in Project Management, Land Acquisition, Finance and Administration.

He has played a Key Role in the projects in Indonesia and Peru involving the System. He has been instrumental in the development of Mobil Build’s Patent designs for the Mobile Factory and as CEO has led the formulation, through engagement with various stakeholders in the U.K. Construction and Development industry, of the strategy for the stages required to establish the Mobil Build System in the U.K.

Gerald Bryant

Gerald is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and former Regional Director of the National Federation of Building Trades Employers and former Welsh Representative for the CBI in Wales.

Gerald has had extensive experience leading projects in the Middle East, Indonesia and Peru, and dealing with Multi-lateral Agencies, Financial Institutions and National Governments.

He has experience as Managing Director of the Family Construction and Development Company in the U.K. and has won the NHBC House Builder of the Year in the U.K.

Michael Bryant

Michael is a Quantity Surveyor and his technical expertise were fundamental in the development of the system, and the creation of Mobil Build’s comprehensive Intellectual Property Portfolio.

Michael was the Director in Charge of General Contracting in the family business. Michael was Production and Technical Director in the Projects in Saudi Arabia, and Indonesia, liaising with Bechtel, Bakrie and Brothers and Clancy Consulting.

Brett Jeffries-Shaw

Brett Jeffries-Shaw is a project finance consultant, working predominantly on transactions in the Emerging Markets. Until 2011, he was a Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Capital Markets Structuring at Oppenheimer Investments Group.

In a 20-year plus career in capital markets, spanning stints at Bear Stearns (7 years), ABN AMRO (5 years), Deutsche Bank and Chase, he has structured and been involved in an array of innovative transactions. Brett has both conventional and Shari’ah compliant project finance transaction experience.

Clancy have been working with the System and Mobil Build’s Directors for 30 years and have been involved in all of Mobil Build’s projects. They have extensive knowledge of the System and have been integral in developing the structural integrity of the System.

Martyn Headley BEng (Hons) Ceng MIstruct E

Martyn is Company Chief Executive. He has an established track record in the delivery of projects of a multi-disciplinary nature, with Clancy often fulfilling the role of Lead Consultant. This scope of work particularly applies to a broad range of sectors.

Martyn attended the University of Sheffield and after graduating spent 8 years with two North West consulting engineering practices before joining Clancy in 1991.

David Morrissey Ceng MIStruct E

David is a Charted Structural Engineer with circa 40+ years in the construction industry and holds the position of Associate with Clancy Consulting. He is involved in the design and management of civil/structural engineering projects across a wide range of disciplines, to include the residential and housing sectors.

Chris Acton BEng (Hons) CEng MIStruct E

Chris is a Main Board Director based in Manchester. Chris is responsible for the day to day running of the Civil and Structural Department in the Manchester office and is a member of the Company’s Technical Group.

Chris graduated from the University of Salford with an honours degree in Civil Engineering. After graduating he spent 6 years working with consultants in the North West delivering projects across the U.K., Europe and the Middle East, including 2 years spent at Clancy’s Liverpool office. Chris re-joined Clancy in 2009, and in 2011, relocated to the Middle East to assist the company in establishing and managing our first office outside the U.K. Chris returned to the U.K. in 2016 to further expand and manage the Manchester office.

IDP NW Ltd is the Regional Manchester office of IDP Group, with offices in London, Peterborough and the head office in Coventry, United Kingdom. IDP NW work closely with Clancy Consulting.

The IDP partnership was formed in Coventry in 1996. They offer nine specialisms in Architecture, Cost Consultancy, Education, Health Landscape, Planning, Project Management, Research and Development and Urban Design. IDP Group employ over 120 staff across all its sectors of work activities.

Naushad Islam ARB RIBA

Naushad is the Managing Director of IDP NW Ltd. and a Chartered Architect for over 20 Years. He qualified from the Manchester School of Architecture in 1996. He set up IDP NW Ltd. in October 2012. He is experienced in all sectors of the Construction Industry, specializing in Residential and Housing.
