The key to our System is the “L” Shaped Panel.

The “L” Shaped Panel requires no support structures to hold it in place and is load bearing, therefore saving time and money compared to other modular, formwork or timber frame methods of construction. The “L” Shape and the panel size variations, from a maximum of 8m x 3m to a minimum of 1.5m x 1.5m gives multiple design variations for an Architect to utilise, compared to other Modular Systems.

The Panels are vertically cast in hydraulic Moulds. This means that the surface of both sides of the panel is smooth. There is no need for Plastering. Paint can be applied directly onto the panel. Time and money are saved compared to traditional Masonry Construction and the Skills Shortages of Bricklayers and Plasterers is overcome.

It takes 30 minutes to position a panel on the foundation and the external walls of a single storey unit can be in position in 2 hours. Extensions can be added to completed homes, using the “L” Shaped Panels. The versatility of the system means that it can be used for Community buildings such as Retail units, Schools, Health Centres etc...

The patented Mobile Plant reduces Capital Costs, benefits Supply Chain integration, and gives total flexibility as to the location of a Plant, from site to site or even country to country.
